Kansas City Auto Spa strives to provide a premier mobile and on-location detailing service experience. Thank you for considering our services. Below are the terms and conditions of our operations. By scheduling a service with Kansas City Auto Spa, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Service Conditions
As a mobile detailing provider, we require the following conditions to perform our services effectively:
- Space and Safety: Ensure sufficient space to work, a safe location, and permission to operate if the property is not yours. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule the service.
- Vehicle Accessibility: If the service is at your home, please ensure other vehicles are moved to prevent disruptions during service.
- Garage Drop-Offs: If you visit our garage location, please note it is not a commercial detail shop but a home-based workspace. Customers must arrange to drop off vehicles, as no waiting area is provided. Contact us in advance to schedule drop-off times.
Liability
Kansas City Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or mechanical issues. Customers must disclose such conditions before the service begins.
Payment Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to rescheduled appointments.
- 24-48 hours’ notice: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduling.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit is fully refundable or can be applied to rescheduling.
- Remaining balance must be paid on the day of service. Non-payment will incur a 10% late charge per week until settled.
Appointment Adjustments
Kansas City Auto Spa reserves the right to adjust appointments due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, with prior communication to the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
- Personal Items: Remove all belongings, money, and items from the vehicle. Locked compartments will not be cleaned.
- Child Seats: We cannot remove or reinstall child seats. Cleaning will be performed around them.
- Excessive Mess: A minimum 10% surcharge applies for extreme conditions like pet hair, biological hazards, or hazardous materials.
Service Limitations
- Stains and Odors: Complete removal of certain stains or odors may not be possible.
- Windows: Temporary streaks may occur due to temperature; these can be removed with a microfiber towel.
- Headliners: Aggressive cleaning may compromise adhesives, causing sagging over time.
- Wheels and Exterior: Permanent damage from brake dust, bird droppings, or sap may require additional treatment or replacement.
Ceramic Coatings and Maintenance
- Maintenance is recommended every 3 months for durability. Opting out of maintenance voids any guarantees on coating longevity.
General Policies
- We reserve the right to refuse service for unreasonable customer behavior or unsafe conditions.
- For safety, maintain a 2–4 meter distance from the work area.
