Ceramic Coating Process

Surface Prep

The vehicle’s exterior undergoes thorough cleaning and decontamination to remove dirt, grime, and contaminants. This step ensures a clean surface for proper adhesion of the ceramic coating.

Paint Correciton

During our Stage 1 Paint Correction, specialized compounds and polishing techniques are used to level out minor imperfections like swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation, restoring a smoother and more uniform appearance to the paint surface.

Application of Ceramic Coating

The ceramic coating is carefully applied to the prepared surface using specialized applicators. It is spread evenly over the paint, glass, and other exterior surfaces to provide a protective layer.

Curing and Inspection

After application, the ceramic coating is allowed to cure for a specific period, typically 24 to 48 hours. Once cured, the vehicle undergoes a final inspection to ensure uniform coverage and any necessary touch-ups are performed before handing it back to the client.
